Paying $10-11 to start depending on qualifications and experience with a review at 90 days ($1 increase), 6 months, and 1 year. Individual bonuses are paid based on profitability and individual performance (not commission-based).
ABOUT YOU:
Customer service driven with phone experience (receptionist, sales).
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented.
Organized.
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Google docs, Quickbooks, e-mail, scanning, etc.).
“Can do” attitude – in a small company there are a lot of “little” things that need to get done – and only a couple of people to do them so you are willing to “do what it takes.”
Dependable and valued team member (with professional references / letters of recommendation to back you up).
Clean-cut, pleasant, honest, hardworking, positive, friendly, mature, experienced, and have good follow-through.
